Pistols Brewery was born from a love of craft beer and a commitment to doing things our own way. What started as a small-batch passion project has grown into a full-scale brewery and taproom in Kanata—where great beer, good company, and a spirit of adventure come together.
We believe in brewing with character. That means bold flavours, high-quality ingredients, and a lineup that balances time-honoured classics with fearless new creations.
